For home-service contractors in South Florida and Sarasota

We build local demand. You do the work.

Corner Lot runs local home-service brands, one job in one area. We find and qualify homeowners who need that job done. A local contractor partner does the work.

How it works

  1. Apply

Tell us about your business, your trade, where you work, and your license if your trade needs one. It takes a few minutes.

  2. Talk it through and sign

If it looks like a fit, we talk about your area, your capacity and how jobs will run. The terms go in a written partner agreement. Nothing starts until we both sign it.

  3. We build demand. You do the work.

We run the local brand, the website and the marketing for your job in your area, and we qualify requests before they reach you. You do the work and keep the homeowner informed.

Marketing is a second job. We take that one.

Good contractors often grow by word of mouth, then hit a limit. Ads, a website and search all take time away from the work. Corner Lot does that part for one job in one area, so you can stay on the job.

What we handle

  • The local brand and its website
  • Search and local marketing for one job in one area
  • Screening requests that don't fit before they reach you

What you handle

  • The work, done right and to code
  • Showing up when you say you will
  • Clear, honest talk with the homeowner

Who it's for

What we ask of partners

  • A license where the job needs one

If the state, county or city requires a license for the work, yours must be active. We ask to see it.

  • Insurance

Coverage that fits the work, such as general liability, and workers' comp or a valid exemption. We ask for certificates before work starts.

  • Quick replies

You answer new requests within a response time we agree in writing.

  • Honest quotes

Fair, clear prices and scope. No pressure selling. If a job isn't right for you, say so.

Questions

What is Corner Lot?

Corner Lot runs local home-service brands. Each brand covers one job in one area. We build the brand and find homeowners who need that job. A local contractor partner does the work.

Who does the work?

Our partners do. Partners are local contractors who run their own businesses and know their trade and their area.

How do the terms work?

Every partnership runs on a written partner agreement. It sets out how jobs reach you, how pricing and payment work, and what each side is responsible for. You read it and ask your questions before you sign. We don't publish terms on this site.

Do you promise a number of jobs or a level of income?

No. We can't promise a set number of jobs or any level of income. Demand changes with the season, the area and the job.

Do I need a license?

If the state, your county or your city requires a license for the work, you need an active one. The rules differ by job and by place, so we'll ask to see yours. If your trade doesn't need one, leave that field blank.

My trade or town isn't listed. Can I still apply?

Yes. Choose "Other" and tell us what you do and where. We'll keep your details and contact you if we open that job or area.

What happens after I apply?

We review every application. If it looks like a fit, we'll contact you by email or phone to set up a call.

What do you do with my information?

We use it only to talk with you about partnering, and we don't sell it. The privacy page has the details.
